Schools, tertiary institutions and PTE’s that offer programmes for international students are invited to apply for membership.
To be eligible for membership institutions will need to provide evidence of
- NZQA registration and/or accreditation, or alternative nationally or internationally recognised quality assurance status
- Signatory to, and compliance with, the Ministry of Education’s Code of Practice for the Pastoral Care of International Students, or provision of time frame for becoming a signatory
- Willingness to adhere to the rules and regulations as set out in the constitution of Education Wellington International
- Declaration of any conflicts of interest
- Agreement to sign the Code of Ethics for members of Education Wellington International
- Provision of information covering:
- experience and qualifications of the institution’s principals/associates
- geographical coverage
- target country/countries and age markets
- student numbers or institution’s income bracket from international education (for membership category purposes only)
